"Fantastic visit and fantastic customer service! Lizzie went out of her way to help us during a guided tour. I was on holiday from England, and visited with my elderly parents and my two children. The guided tours were not happening at that time, but Lizzie did not want us to miss out, so she kindly delivered a tour anyway!"
